I think he should share the Mechanics, being able to sell his services to other factions, get loot and all that, but I don't think he should be a full blown Dog of War. I was considering saying he should be part of the Dogs of War but I really want him to be a Norscan as well, So I don't want that to happen. The thing about Beorg is that he is a Norscan marauder first and foremost, that only ocassionaly does mercenary jobs and not even for all factions, so I would be all on board with your suggestions except for being able to recruit from units from other should have been more clear in my comment because I agree. With a few minor tweaks to the mechanics, the 3K bandit stuff would fit him like a glove. This would also be a pretty decent way to go back and fix Nakai. Not saying he should be a full-blown Dog of War, just that he could share their mechanics. In a similar fashion to how every race has a unique character that's directly opposed to all other factions of that race (like Drycha, Ungrol Four-Horns, Morathi, etc) CA could also add unique mercenary factions for every relevant race. Then give those same mechanics to factions like Beorg Bearstruck's. Give the Dogs of War all the Mercenary/Bandit mechanics from 3 Kingdoms, where you can sell your services to other factions, gain loot and trophies, recruit units from other factions, etc. Why not literally make them mercenaries like the Dogs of War? In terms of mechanics what makes Beorg faction unique is that they always are searching for the better figths an the biggest prizes, but they are also mercenaries to some extent, so what I would do is give them a mechanic similar to the Eshin contracts, being able to accept petitions from other factions, thus giving you reputation with that faction and gaining bonuses depending on the factionand your level of reputation with them, or you could refuse the contract in exchange for bonuses to rading and sacking, giving you the option to either be a mercenarie or a more traditional norscan. One of my favorite factions of the game is Norsca, and after the recent Lord pack with the WE, that opens the door for Lord packs for other DLC factions, and so I came up with 4 possibilities, that I will explain in 4 separate threads so I don't end up with a horrible wall of text.īeorg is the leader of the Ursfjordings tribe, what makes this tribe unique is that their people have some unique mutations, in the form of traits or characteristics reminiscent of bears, being Beorg the prime example, as he is the only full were-bear of his tribe, making him their leader.īeorg would have one unique item, the Bear Fang Talisman, he would not have any mounts and would have access to a unique unit for him, the Bearmen of Urslo, a unit similar to forsaken, only that instead of deamonic mutations, they have bear like mutations, such as claws and fur. 2K A Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia.846 A Total War Saga: Fall of the Samurai.Ratings and Feedback are very much appreciated.
